Designed for U7 to U11 players, this program provides a challenging and structured environment where young players can sharpen their skills, train with other players of similar ability in the same age group, plus get excellent coaching and development pointers.

Typical Daily Training Schedule
- 8:40am - 9:00am (20 min): Drop-Off & Registration
- 9:00am - 9:20am (20 min): Warm-Up & Activation
- 9:20am - 10:00am (40 min): Ball Mastery & Skill Enhancement
- 10:00am - 10:30am (30 min): Player Led Small-Sided Games
- 10:30am - 10:45am (15 min): Snack Break & Recovery
- 10:45am - 11:45am (60 min): Carousel of Technical Practices
- 11:45am - 12:25pm (40 min): Tactical Training & Conditioned Games
- 12:25pm - 1:00pm (35 min): Lunch Break & Downtime
- 1:00pm - 1:30pm (30 min): Shooting & Finishing
- 1:30pm - 2:45pm (75 min): Competitive Tournament Play
- 2:45pm - 3:00pm (30 min): Player & Team Awards, Pick-Up

- ACADEMY (YEAR 4, 5 & 6) - LEVEL A, B & C Only
Players that don't play grassroots at the levels above, please don't book on this training week.
