Star Soccer Academy, a leading coaching company, is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as an Pre-Academy Coach.

As an Pre-Academy Coach, you will primarily be responsible for coaching sessions on Monday evenings and on Saturday mornings.
Responsibilities:
- Coaching Sessions:
Conduct engaging and dynamic coaching sessions on Monday evenings, focused on developing the technical skills, tactical understanding, and overall performance of our young athletes.
- Skill Enhancement: Identify areas for improvement in players' performance and implement tailored training programs to enhance their skills, including passing, shooting, dribbling, teamwork, and game strategy.
- Role Model: Serve as a positive role model for young athletes, instilling important values such as discipline, respect, teamwork, and sportsmanship both on and off the field.
Requirements:
- Coaching Experience: Prior experience in coaching youth football teams. A strong understanding of age-appropriate coaching methods, training techniques, and player development is highly desirable.
- Qualifications:
Possession of relevant coaching certifications such as FA Level 1 or higher is advantageous, but not mandatory.
- Passion for Football:
Deep passion for football and a genuine interest in nurturing young talent and helping them reach their full potential.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with players, parents, and other coaching staff. Ability to provide clear instructions, constructive feedback, and motivational support.
- Organization and Time Management: Strong organizational skills to plan and manage coaching sessions, punctuality and reliability are essential.
- Flexibility: Availability to work on Monday evenings & Saturday mornings
