A Typical Day

We take an hollistic approach to our training camps with each day being linked to the previous days learning.

Players Need

All players need to bring packed lunches, snacks and drinks. There is cold water tap available to fill up bottles.

They should dress appropriately to weather conditions on the day and will require boots and shin pads.

• 9:10am - 9:30am : Warm and activation
• 9:30am - 10:00am : Technical Ball Master Session
• 10:00am - 10:30am:  Player lead game.
• 10:30am - 10:45am : Snack Break
• 10:45am - 11:45am : Technical practices (Carousel)
• 11:45am - 12:25pm : Conditioned Games
• 12:25pm - 1:00pm : Lunch Break
• 1:00pm - 1:30pm : Shooting Practice
• 1:30pm - 2:45pm : Tournament Time
